    Copper Mountain is nestled next to the Ten Mile Range, with a base of 9,700 feet and peaks reaching to 12,000 feet. This is a naturally divided terrain that offers any skier or rider a day of fun and adventure. Village is located right at the base of the mountain that allows for a short walk from any unit to the chairlift. The hotel has business facilities, guest laundromat, handicap facilities, a pool, and parking facilities. There are also dining facilities for coffee, pastries, cafeteria options, burgers, barbecue, Mexican cuisine, Indian, casual Mexican, Chinese options, pizza, and fine dining. The hotel is eight miles from Lake Dillon and 32 miles from Colorado Southern Railroad.

    Room Information: This resort offers 800 guestrooms, studios, and condos all within a quarter-mile walking distance of the lifts (though complimentary shuttles operate between the Village, East Village, and Union Creek bases). Units are designated deluxe or premium. * Gold units feature contemporary designs, warm wood accents, checkerboard kitchen floors, and rich alpine colors and textures. Gold buildings include Copper Springs, Passage Point, Copper One Lodge, Tucker Mountain Inn, and Taylor's Crossing. Silver units offer standard furnishings. Silver buildings include the Telemark Lodge, West Lake Lodge, The Spruce, The Greens, and Mountain Plaza.


    Driving Directions to the Hotel

    Starting Point  Denver International Airport: Exit the airport on Pena Blvd and continue south for about 10 miles. Take Exit 1A / I-70. Proceed west on I-70 for about 89 miles. Take Exit 195 / CO-91S / Copper Mtn / Leadville. Proceed south on CO-91 across the interstate. Turn right onto Copper Rd and proceed to the resort's central check-in office, located at 509 Copper Rd, where the building (which houses the Copper Athletic Club) is marked Copper Mountain Lodging Check-In.

All chairlifts are within a quarter-mile walking distance of guest housing but complimentary shuttles operate continually throughout the resort. Summit County, where Copper Mountain is located, offers numerous recreational activities. Besides skiing and snowboarding, winter sports include ballooning, sleigh rides, and snow tubing. Summer sports include hiking, biking, gold panning, ballooning, rafting, and mine tours. * Golf is played at the adjacent Copper Mountain Golf Course as well as the Raven at Three Peaks, 12 miles from the resort, and the Breckenridge Golf Course, a 27-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed municipal course located in Breckenridge, 17 miles from Copper Mountain. * Activities at the Dillon Dam Recreation Area, approximately 12 miles east of Copper Mountain, include boating, sailing, camping, canoeing, fishing, and Nordic skiing.
